The records you keep of the people who visits your stand during the fair will be your most important resources after the fair. Therefore, please try to create an effective interview form and fill it in as detailed as possible.

Or, consider using an online recording system.

Your records will guide you after the fair.

Who visited my booth?
What are the country and/or city of origin of my stand visitors?
What are the job titles of my stand visitors?
Which occupational groups are most interested in my products?
What were the opinions of the visitors about my company and products?
Who did I talk to, what product would I offer to whom?

You can filter the questions above under many different topics and use them for your work after the fair
